Fertility Journey support groups
The path of creating a family is unique and the journey often feels isolating, discouraging and overwhelming. The fertility support groups are to offer you a space to feel a sense of belonging and connection. This is a place where you can share your experience without being judged and get support from people going through a similar experience. You will learn about yourself, explore your emotions and patterns through guided therapeutic exercises, to become able to support yourself in the process.
A place where you can speak up
I know from my own experience how hard going through infertility and infertility treatments can be. It’s not easy to talk about it without feelings of shame or guilt. That’s why I created a space that can hold pain and uncertainty, where you can openly share and find support. This group won’t have all the answers for you, but you don’t have to walk through your journey alone—you’ll have support and company along the way.
What to expect
Gestalt therapy is all about being present with what’s happening here and now—your thoughts, feelings, and body sensations. Each session will focus on one theme, allowing to slow down and explore what you think, feel, and sense.
The sessions will have a structure, but there’s also plenty of room for things to unfold naturally. You’ll have space to share your thoughts and experiences, and if you prefer to listen or take your time, that will always be respected.
With respect to what arises in the group, we will explore:
- Beliefs and dreams
- Desires and needs
- Doubts and inner voices
- Anger and shame
- Happiness and joy
- Finding support, both from others and within ourselves
