Gestalt Therapy by Zsanett Jakab (CVR: 45457176), is responsible for the storage and processing of the following personal data: 

  • Clients

  • Contact persons at customers and suppliers

 

Examples of activities in connection with storing data:

  • Register new clients

  • Keep client notes in connection with consultations

  • Appointment times

  • Invoicing and processing payments

 

Personal data that is processed and stored is:

  • General personal information such as name and date of birth

  • Contact details such as email and phone number or address

  • Additionally: possible names and contact information for next of kin

 

All processing activities have a lawful basis for processing, for example:

  • To comply with the contactual agreements with clients

  • Explicit consent

  • To comply with a legal obligation to which the business is subject, such as storage due to statutory rules for accounting matters

  • To safeguard the legitimate interests of the business, for example to defend a legal claim

 

NB: Names and contact information for relatives are only provided if the client wishes, and are only stored to be able to notify relatives in the event of a sudden, acute illness that occurs within an hour.

 

Individuals (clients) may at any time:

  • Withdraw consent to processing activities that are based on consent

  • Get access to their personal information and a copy of their medical records and other personal information

  • Change their personal information

  • Request deletion of your personal data

  • Terminate the contractual relationship

 

Retention period for personal data

 

The company stores personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the processing purpose. In principle, data is deleted when a contractual relationship ends. Statutory regulations, for example related to storage for accounting purposes, and other legal obligations may make it necessary to store personal data for a longer period. Continued storage may also occur when it is necessary to safeguard the company's legitimate interests, such as to assert or defend legal claims.

 

Information security

 

Protection of personal data is of great importance to the business and it is ensured at all times that personal data is protected against accidental alteration, deletion or disclosure to unauthorised parties.

 

Transfer of personal data

 

The business may disclose personal data (name, email and possibly telephone number and/or address) to data processors who perform services for the business. The data processors will only use the personal data for the purpose for which it was collected and to perform the services for the business. Disclosure of personal data to authorities only occurs in accordance with law and applicable regulations. Other disclosure only occurs after written instructions and consent from the data subject.

 

The business uses the following data processors:

 

- Dinero accounting platform for customer registers, finances and accounting​

- Zoho Meetings for meeting online

 

Use of cookies

 

The business does not use cookies on its websites.

 

Right of appeal

 

If you believe that the company's processing of personal data is in breach of relevant data protection regulations, you have the right to submit a written complaint to the company directly, the  Data Protection Authority or other relevant supervisory authority.
