Hi. I'm Zsanett
I am a Gestalt psychotherapy student in my 4th (and last) year at Norwegian Gestalt Institute. I offer online therapy in English (and Hungarian) as a student therapist, working under the guidance of experienced supervisors and teachers. I follow ethical guidelines of the EAGT (European Association for Gestalt Therapy) Code of Ethics.

My goal is to create a warm and supportive space where we explore your challenges through conversation and creative experimentation. Allowing you to experience and investigate them in the present moment, rather than advising or interpreting. I trust that you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to help you uncover your inner resources and support you in becoming more confident and mindful about life.

My professional background includes extensive experience in human resources, coaching, and organisational development within dynamic IT startup environments. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, bike around the city and soak in the sun or sea, do puzzles, paint and read books. To connect with my body, I practice yoga and meditation.
