Gestalt therapy

The gestalt therapy approach focuses on noticing how our beliefs, people and past events shape our behaviour in relation with others.

Gestalt therapy focuses on increasing self-awareness in the present moment. By bringing attention to thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, it helps you gaining insight into how you respond to different situations. This awareness can reveal patterns that may be limiting personal growth, offering new possibilities for change.

The Gestalt approach emphasises the connection between mind and body, encouraging a deepened presence in the here and now. It is based on the understanding that our experiences and behaviours are shaped by our environment and circumstances.

Through this process, you have the opportunity to recognise unhelpful patterns, better understand your needs, and develop greater self-support. Gestalt therapy fosters a deeper connection with yourself, helping you move toward a more authentic and fulfilling life.

During the sessions, we talk, and I might suggest small experiments to deepen your understanding. You can, but you don't have to try new things.

Relationships

I welcome you in therapy if you experience challenges in your relationship with your partner family members, friends or colleagues. 

Maybe you learnt to separate your mind from your body amd you want to find a way back to your feelings and emotions.

Being responsible for a little life can be overwhelming, and there is nothing wrong with you if you reach out for support in this process. 

I also wholeheartedly welcome people with fertility difficulties, women with birth related traumas or worries about their role as a mother.

Payment is made after the session through MobilePay or via bank transfer. 

Cancellations and changes to the appointment time must be made 24 hours before the agreed-upon time via email. In case of late cancellations or no-shows, the full fee will be charged.
